We chose this industry because we connected with the people—hardworking, blue-collar business owners who take pride in their work. Many shops are family-run, passed down from generation to generation. We have an unbalanced passion for helping small businesses, and with independent auto repair shops making up a core part of the U.S. economy, we couldn’t think of a better group to work with.
Once we made this decision, we went all in. We studied the ideal customer profile, how repair shops operate day to day, and what really moves the needle in digital marketing for auto repair shops—getting more calls, appointments, and cars in the bays.
